This work, OBSERVER N, is a multi-dimensional network consisting of multi-autonomous observers. The observers are every inhomogeneous and autonomous systems, including originally designed devices, software agents and audiences themselves. Those observers organize themselves to build integrated systems with similar complexity levels. Furthermore, the multi-level integrated systems interplay to show life(or biotic) system behaviors.
The life phenomena depend on complicated and non-linear interactions, while it has multi-dimensionally nested structure of the each various time scale and level system. Each system perceives “Umwelt” for the each and works in the each time. All of them including audiences are observers.
The observations here refer to the ones of the internal measurement theory. The internal observations themselves are acts to recognize partners by material interaction. Due to the interaction nature, the each observer will also change.
Its principle should not allow the immutable external-observation. In more detail, the external-observation like God, which can overlook all status instantaneously from outside, by assuming the absolute separation of the objects and the observer. The real observation is an act, which may be equivalent to natural computation in the sense of molecular calculus.
“Observation natural” allows audiences only partial overview, but not full, to remind them to be internal observers at certain levels in some systems. They are unable to stay at a certain level, but will cross various observation dimensions.
YCAM version
This work is a multi-dimensional network system with complicate interacts by autonomous system of nested structure. Four different leveled system has been developed for this version. The each system generates information by the interactions with their environments to communicate with the systems in other levels.
The main communications are divided into generation of the computational resources to other systems, which are defined as lower level and activity inhibitory requests from other systems, or higher level. When an autonomous system of single level is considered as an individual, the multi-level networks behave as a whole.




History of the project
This project has been proceeded by evolutional framework with recurrent optimization and selection of basic observer models. It was launched in 2008 and updated Alpha 1 to 4, then YCAM version in 2012.
