Shipping & Returns Policy

– We(=this shop) inspects all items and records photos of conditions of packages before shipping.
– The items in this shop are made-to-order. Therefore, we basically cannot accept returns. (except our fault.


We are not responsible for any trouble during transportation except our fault. We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If packages are damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.

If the packages are lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and the shipping company.
We try to recover the loss with the shipping insurance. If the insurance is available, we can return it to you or reship the new items.
To apply the insurance, the amount is declared in USD. (If you use BTC, the rate from BTC-to-USD at the time of purchase is applied.)

Returns & Exchanges

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping are deducted from the refund.
Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, offer any refunds or replacements for international orders that are lost, damaged, unclaimed, or undeliverable.
Also, International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.

1. Returns

The items in this shop are made-to-order. Therefore, we basically cannot accept returns. (except our fault.
We accept returns under the following conditions only for expensive purchases over 1000USD.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. However, shipping costs are not refundable.
Also, in the case of return by your convenience except our fault, you are necessary to pay a cancellation fee of 20% of the purchase price of the items. That means we will refund 80% of your purchase price.
In addition, if you use the affiliate link or cashback program, we cannot accept returns, except our fault. Please understand, this is countermeasures against scam and cheating.

We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Exchanges

We can exchange items if they are defective or damaged by our fault. If you need to exchange the same items, please contact us.
